Coronary Vasospasm after Giving Adenosine for Supraventricular Tachycardia

Abstract: Palpitations due to supra-ventricular tachycardia are a common mode of presentation to the emergency department. A 12 lead electrocardiography usually leads to immediate diagnosis and prompt management of this condition.
