Abstract:Cryptotia is a rare congenital anomaly among Caucasian but more common auricular malformation in Asia. Cryptotia characterized by the anterosuperior portion of the auricle lying beneath mastoid skin. From May of 2005 to May of 2010, three cryptotia were operated on. We use mastoid fasciocutaneous flap (MFF) raised from mastoid region and post-auricular area.
