Correlation Between Personality Traits and Discriminative Ability of a Sensory Panel Correlación Entre Rasgos De Personalidad Y Habilidad Discriminatoria De Un Panel Sensorial

Abstract: The correlation between personality traits and judge performance was studied. The 16-personality factors questionnaire of Cattell was applied to 200 participants. Judge performance was evaluated following a series of taste and odor tests. Judges were then asked to rank basic different taste solutions.
