Abstract: BackgroundThe retina imaging and brain magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) can both reflect early changes in Alzheimer’s disease (AD) and may serve as potential biomarker for early diagnosis, but their correlation and the internal mechanism of retinal structural changes remain unclear.
