Correlation between SD‐OCT, immunocytochemistry and functional findings in an animal model of retinal degeneration

Abstract: Purpose: The P23H rhodopsin mutation is an autosomal dominant cause of retinitis pigmentosa (RP). The degeneration can be tracked using different anatomical and functional methods.
