Abstract:Diabetes mellitus (DM) is a disease characterized by elevated blood glucose levels (hyperglycemia). There is about 90-95% of patients suffering from type 2 DM. Type 2 DM has many risk factors, one of them is smoking. East Lombok is the highest prevalence region in Lombok Island with 13.073 patients predicted.
