Abstract: BackgroundNrf2 signaling plays a pivotal role in antioxidant response, and its expression has been reported to increase in various human malignancies, including esophageal squamous cell carcinoma (ESCC). This also leads to resistance against chemotherapy and radiotherapy in patients.
