Abstract:Purpose
The aim of this study was to determine if the Step Test Protocol (STP) can achieve a similar trajectory of cardiovascular response in healthy individuals as the Buffalo Concussion Treadmill Test (BCTT). We hypothesized that there would be a significant correlation between heart rate and rate of perceived exertion in healthy individuals between the BCTT and the STP.
