Abstract: UNSTRUCTURED The Micronesian and Pacific Islander community experiences adverse childhood experiences at rates higher than other ethnic groups. Exposure to adverse childhood experiences increases the risk of negative outcomes, including heart disease, cancer, and psychosocial problems into adulthood.
