Abstract:Individuals with internalizing conditions such as depression or anxiety are at risk of sleep difficulties. Social–ecological models of sleep health propose factors at the individual (e.g., mental health) and neighborhood (e.g., crime risk) levels that contribute to sleep difficulties.
