Criminal liability for land damage under the legislation of the cis countries

Abstract: The article includes consideration of the norms on land damage under the criminal legislation of the CIS countries, analysis of approaches to the legal regulation of land protection in criminal legislation. It is determined that not all criminal laws have the special rules protecting the land only.
