Criteria for regionally recurrent flows

Abstract: ABSTRACT. Regionally recurrent and P-regionally recurrent flows are characterized in purely prolongationalnotions. An example is given to show that the condition x € J(x) is not, as many authors asserted, equivalent to regional recurrence.
