Abstract:We theoretically study the crossed Andreev reflection (CAR) of the normal mental-superconductor-normal mental (NSN) heterojunction based on Kekulé-Y patterned graphene with two doping types of the right region, i.e., nSn and nSp configurations. It is found that the enhanced CAR is more likely to occur in the nSp configuration rather than the nSn configuration. To be concrete, the almost perfect CAR occurs in a large range of incident angle in the single Dirac cone phase when the incident energy is inside the gap o… Show more

scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
