Abstract:Сrystal structure, piezoelectric and magnetic properties of solid solutions BiMn1-xFexO3 (x ≤ 0.4) prepared by solid-phase reactions from a stoichiometric mixture of simple oxides at high pressures and temperatures have been studied.
