Crystalization-enhanced Stability by Effectively Suppressing Pho-tooxidation Defect for Lasing Emission and Electroluminescent Device

Abstract: Effectively protection against photooxidation of wide bandgap semiconductors remains a challenge that become the bottleneck on the road to commercialization.
