CT Quiz: A Man with Headache and Dizziness

Abstract: Case scenario A 55-year-old man presented to the Emergency Department with occipital headache for five days, which was associated with dizziness and vomiting. He also complained of mild neck pain and blurring of vision. There was no history of recent head injury or other symptom. He was healthy except that he had a history of gouty arthritis.
