Curable response to crizotinib in a patient with liver metastatic inflammatory myofibroblastic tumour carrying a TFG‐ROS1 fusion

Abstract

The physical examination revealed yellowing of the skin and sclera.Liver function tests revealed elevated direct bilirubin (103 μmol/L), alkaline phosphatase (1192 IU/L), and gamma-glutamyltransferase (293 IU/L) levels. The tumour markers (alpha-fetoprotein, carcinoembryonic antigen and neuron-specific enolase) were negative.
