Asimismo, Rodríguez, Alarcón & Pellicer (2011, p. 1) publicaron La gestión de la obra desde la perspectiva del último planificador, artículo científico en el cual precisan que el origen de "los problemas que confrontan las obras radica en el esquema tradicional de planificación de la producción, poco adecuado para lidiar con la incertidumbre y la variabilidad durante la construcción" en estos tiempos de competitividad.…”
