“…Por otro lado, en el artículo en Inglés "Current condition and future directions for lean construction in highways projects: A small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) perspective" (Condición actual y orientaciones futuras para la construcción ajustada en proyectos de carreteras: una perspectiva de las pequeñas y medianas empresas (PYME) (Tezel, Koskela & Aziz, 2018), el objetivo de este estudio fue establecer parámetros para implementar el Lean Construction ( LC) en pequeñas y medianas empresas en el rubro Vial, para tener un enfoque claro se realizaron más de 20 entrevistas a diversos gerentes de autopistas además de revisar condiciones actuales y otros parámetros, para poder implementar el tema LC. Asimismo, Rodríguez, Alarcón & Pellicer (2011, p. 1) publicaron La gestión de la obra desde la perspectiva del último planificador, artículo científico en el cual precisan que el origen de "los problemas que confrontan las obras radica en el esquema tradicional de planificación de la producción, poco adecuado para lidiar con la incertidumbre y la variabilidad durante la construcción" en estos tiempos de competitividad.…”
