Abstract:The Bristow-Latarjet procedure became the cornerstone treatment for anterior shoulder instability with significant glenoid bone loss. The “triple locking effect” include reconstruction of the glenoid concavity, tendinomuscular subscapularis lock-up and capsular repair.
