Current Practices and Philosophy on Electronic Reserves, Course Management Systems, and Copyright Compliance: A Survey of the Council of Public Liberal Arts Colleges Libraries

Abstract: The investigator surveyed The Council of Public LiberalArt Colleges * libraries to: (1) determine current practices, compliance, and philosophy on copyright guidelines; (2) determine whether or not a relationship exists between electronic reserves and course management systems; and (3) determine whether the institutions perform oversight of copyright practices when utilizing course management systems.
