“…In order to extend the fraction of eligible FL patients and to reduce the TRM, different less toxic and more feasible conditioning regimens and transplant strategies have been explored. In the last twenty years, the most important change in transplant approach has been represented by the introduction of reduced intensity conditioning (RIC) regimens which are associated with a reduced TRM without a loss of efficacy provided by the GVL effect 16,17,79.
