Current Uncertainties and Future Challenges Regarding NAD+ Boosting Strategies

Abstract: Precursors of nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide (NAD+), modulators of enzymes of the NAD+ biosynthesis pathways and inhibitors of NAD+ consuming enzymes, are the main boosters of NAD+.
