The study aimed to explore the influence of dexmedetomidine (Dex) guided by ultrasonic contrast on postoperative cognitive function, serum nerve injury factors, inflammatory response, and blood glucose in patients undergoing intracerebral tumor resection through curve fitting algorithm.
