Customer Relationship Management Classification by Hybridizing Genetic Algorithm and Fuzzy K-Nearest Neighbor - A Review

Abstract: Data mining is the process of extraction of information from various datasets on the basis of different attributes. Mining has to be done to extract hidden relationship between various database entities. In the customer relationship management, a choice of relational attributes are available in the dataset. In this paper various techniques are used for the customer relationship.
