Customised Institutional Experiences’ Use in Curbing Unwanted Occupational Incidents and Accidents

Abstract: This paper illustrates the helpfulness of collecting intelligence from organisations’ occupational incidents into an inventory for use, proactively, to curb unwanted occupational incidents.
