Cylindrical Electromagnets: An Accurate Magnetic Equivalent Circuit

Abstract: Cylindrical electromagnets are used in various industries. The geometric structure and circular symmetry of these electromagnets reduce flux leakage and increase their efficiency. In this paper, a precise magnetic equivalent circuit for the cylindrical electromagnet is presented and its permeance relations are proved.
