Cyproheptadine Regulates Pyramidal Neuron Excitability in Mouse Medial Prefrontal Cortex

Abstract: Cyproheptadine (CPH), a first-generation antihistamine, enhances the delayed rectifier outward K current (I) in mouse cortical neurons through a sigma-1 receptor-mediated protein kinase A pathway.
