Cytochrome P450 2C24: expression, tissue distribution, high-throughput assay, and pharmacological inhibition

Abstract: Cytochrome P450 (CYP)-mediated epoxidation of arachidonic acid (AA) contributes to important biological functions, including the pain-relieving responses produced by analgesic drugs.
