Abstract:In this study, we investigated the molecular mechanism by which the recombinant multicidal Bartonella toxin rPMT damages PK15 cells. We successfully constructed the prokaryotic expression vector pCold I-toxA and identified suitable expression and purification conditions for rPMT. Using
