D5.1 - Quantification of Volatile Organic Compounds in the ppb-range using Partial Least Squares Regression

Abstract: Gas-sensitive, silicon carbide based field-effect transistors (SiC-FETs) with platinum gate are operated dynamically using temperature cycled operation (TCO) to quantify three hazardous volatile organic compounds (VOCs), i.e. benzene, naphthalene and formaldehyde, in the low ppb range.
