Abstract:Palaeoanthropologists have yet to pinpoint how Homo evolved from Australopithecus. I propose niche construction ending predator ambush and stalking attacks, white sclera, and ultrafast team cognition were key.Human white sclera allows the quick, distant detection of line-of-sight.
