Abstract: Dasatinib is a second-generation tyrosine inhibitor that is used for the treatment of patients with chronic myeloid leukemia (CML). It can cause a myriad of skin toxicities, including pruritis, pigmentary abnormalities of hair and skin, and maculopapular rashes.
