Abstract:Tyrosine kinase inhibitors (TKIs) have improved outcomes for Philadelphia chromosome positive acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL) and chronic myeloid leukemia (CML). There has been reports of dasatinib induced proteinuria or nephrotic syndrome. We present a case of a 14-year-old male with high-risk B- ALL who developed nephrotic syndrome due to dasatinib.
