The joint capsule of the knee joint is attached to the edges of various articular surfaces and is thin and loose. Therefore, ligament reinforcement is needed to protect the knee joint and increase the stability of the joint. It plays a vital role in human activities. In this paper, a 3D-CT three-dimensional reconstruction method is used to reconstruct the ACL natural femoral imprint and double-bone tract. The relative positional relationship between the two center points is compared, and the law is summarized to guide the improvement of ACL anatomic double-beam reconstruction under arthroscopy. The 3D reconstruction results suggest that the bone layer in the anterior medial portion is the thickest, forming a peak, and the thickness of the bone layer in the posterior medial portion gradually decreases in a stepwise manner. The entire bone tissue in the anterior medial portion and posterior medial portion is integrated into one body. The tissues are connected as a whole, and the thickness is relatively uniform. The two parts of the bone tissues are not connected. The CF tissue was inserted into the bone tissue in a zigzag pattern. The changes of CF tissues in the anterior medial and posteromedial CF tissues were similar, and they were distributed stepwise from the inside to the outside. According to the bone and CF spatial structure and changing rules, ACL is divided into medial and lateral beams. According to this study, it can be summarized that (1) 3D reconstruction can clearly reconstruct the natural footprint of ACL femoral stops and postoperative osseous position and (2) 3D reconstruction can be used to evaluate the position of osseous postoperative ACL anatomic double-beam reconstruction. Arthroscopy double-beam reconstruction of ACL is instructive.

Building inspection systems are a useful tool for surveyors, standardising the collection of information. This research is framed within the development of a global inspection system based on twelve expert inspection systems for twelve types of building elements used in the envelope of current buildings. Homogenised classification lists replace the use of several records and unify designations used in fieldwork. A homogenised global classification list of repair techniques comprises, in a single component, all the techniques used to repair defects and eliminate their causes for different types of building elements. It includes curative and preventive repairs, as well as planned maintenance works. Well-defined criteria guided the harmonisation process of a large set of repair techniques in a user-friendly list. For instance, the association of different operations in a single repair technique took into account: similarities between procedures, applicability to one type of building element, solving identical defects and the use of similar repair materials. Considering data from the validation samples of the expert inspection systems, it is observed that techniques "R-A1 Cleaning" in painted façades and "R-A12 Application of a new (adequate) cladding/finishing coat over the existent/replacement" in wall renders are the most commonly prescribed. The provision of a homogenised classification list of repair techniques is expected to improve the quality of information collected on-site and give a comprehensive view of the most relevant repair techniques used in the envelope of current buildings.

Recently, there has been an attempt to implement increasingly significant prefabrication in building construction, since this method is considered to represent an opportunity to reduce impacts in the construction sector. For pitched roofs, there have been relevant developments, such as sandwich panels, asphalt shingles, lightweight roof panels, among others. However, in relation to flat roofs, the advances have been of little relevance and are mainly limited to the improvement of technical characteristics and prefabrication of the construction materials used. The main goal of this article is to demonstrate the possibility of developing new solutions for more sustainable flat roofs in the carbon footprint, and for this purpose a system was developed called ADAPTIVE—Advanced Production System for Sustainable and Productive Roofing Retrofit, which consists of developing a composite solution for the rehabilitation of flat roofs, completely prefabricated and with zero waste, with the aim of increasing energy behaviour, collecting and storing rainwater, and using the roof as a garden leisure space. To obtain the validation results, computerised theoretical modelling was conducted with theoretical assessment of the components and the set of components developed, which allowed us to conclude that the system meets the high hygrothermal, acoustic, and structural requirements.
