Abstract: <div>Abstract<p>HER2 is a transmembrane tyrosine kinase receptor that mediates cell growth, differentiation, and survival. HER2 is overexpressed in approximately 20% of breast cancers and in subsets of gastric, colorectal, and esophageal cancers.
