Debilitating Metastatic Spindle Cell Carcinoma of the Breast

Abstract: Spindle cell carcinoma of the breast is a rare malignancy. If diagnosed and treated in a timely manner, it is generally associated with a good prognosis. Herein, we have presented an interesting case of metastatic spindle cell carcinoma of breast origin, with extensive metastasis and an unusually aggressive disease course.
