Decent Work and Workplace Deviance Among Chinese Physicians: A Relative Deprivation Perspective

Abstract: Managing workplace deviance has long been a hot topic in the organizational research. However, the mechanisms through which decent work affects workplace deviance have yet to be fully understood.
