Decision making analysis for water distribution improvement projects

Abstract: Regional water utility company at Jakarta is determined to improve the quality of service to its customers. The water distribution system must have criteria for quantity, quality, and continuity of flow. To maintain the criteria of company, it continues to make improvements.
