Abstract:Controlled electrochemical reactions on chromium (Cr) thin films have been employed to create micro- and nano-scale patterns using a scanning probe-based patterning process called electrolithography (ELG). The electrochemical reaction produces a liquid material. The ELG process, being a local anodic oxidation-based technique, is significantly affected by several factors, including various ambient conditions. In this article, we explore the effects of temperature on the said electrochemical reaction-induced liq… Show more
scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
