DeepDBP: Deep Neural Networks for Identification of DNA-binding Proteins

Abstract: DNA-Binding proteins (DBP) are associated with many cellular level functions which includes but not limited to body's defense mechanism and oxygen transportation.They bind DNAs and interact with them.
