Defect Analysis and Testing of Low Power Nanoscale Reversible Decoder using Quantum Dot Cellular Automata

Abstract: The photocatalytic activity of graphene oxide (GO) and zinc oxide composite was explored. The composites were prepared in three different ratios: GO:ZnO (1:1), (1:2) and (2:1) by mechanochemical method (grinding) of the two components. Graphene oxide was synthesized by three different methods namely Hummer's, modified Hummer's and Tour's method. It was observed that composite of GO-ZnO (2:1) gave better results.
