Defect Passivation: Physisorption or Chemisorption? A Nonadiabatic Molecular Dynamics Study

Abstract: Nonradiative charge recombination, originating from defects, limits the use of semiconductors in solar energy conversion technologies. Defect passivation is an effective approach to eliminating charge recombination centers.
