“…Total soluble solids (TSS) content of the juice were determined with the help of Erma-hand refractometer (0-32 o Brix). Titratable acidity (%) in fresh fruits was determined by the method as suggested by AOAC (1995) and the juice per cent in fruits were determined according to Romero et al, (2006) method where juice of fruit was manually extracted by juice extractor and juice per cent was estimated on weight basis with respect to the fruit weight.
