Abstract:In this paper, features of deformation-induced interfacial interaction in uniaxial loaded crystals and its contribution to the formation of a stressedly plastic state are analysed. As found, the uniaxial deformed crystal is a complex structure including the following interphase-interacting elements: 1) the 'debris'-layer, which is formed in the previous stage of pseudo-elastic deformation in the crystal surface region, and the bulk of a crystal; 2) the locally fragmented cells within the bulk of a crystal, whi… Show more

scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
