Delayed Cholecystectomy Management for Mirizzi Syndrome

Abstract: Mirizzi syndrome is defined as a common hepatic duct obstruction from a cystic duct stone, which results in a severe inflammatory reaction that distorts biliary anatomy and makes surgical intervention challenging.
