Delivering more to cell edge via joint multi‐cell non‐orthogonal multiple access and traffic offloading

Abstract: We consider leveraging the joint potential of non-orthogonal multiple access (NOMA) and traffic offloading to benefit cell-edge users in multi-cell scenarios.
