Demographic Differences and Customer Satisfaction towards Banking Services in Benin City, Nigeria

Abstract: This study empirically examined whether there are any significant differences on demographic and customer satisfaction towards banking services in Benin City, Nigeria. The research design employed in this study is the cross-sectional survey methodology.
