Abstract: Nanopore direct RNA sequencing (dRNA-seq) enables unique insights into (epi-)transcriptomics. However, applications are currently limited by the lack of accurate and cost-effective sample multiplexing. We introduce WarpDemuX, an ultra-fast and highly accurate adapter-barcoding and demultiplexing approach.
