This study examines the impact of Climate Change Governance Practices on enhancing Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) frameworks to drive corporate success. Utilizing hypotheses derived from existing literature, the analysis employs Smart-PLS to evaluate data from 192 respondents collected through convenient sampling. The findings reveal a sizable association between CCGP and ESG Performance and the crucial role of Board Diversity (BRD) in strengthening ESG outcomes. Additionally, the study confirms that improved ESG performance significantly contributes to corporate success. These insights underscore the importance of integrating robust climate governance strategies and diverse leadership structures within corporate frameworks. Future research should explore longitudinal studies and larger, more diverse samples to validate and expand upon these findings, providing a deeper understanding of the mechanisms through which climate governance can enhance corporate sustainability and success.
