Abstract:In a phase 2 trial, local-regionally advanced HPV-positive oropharyngeal carcinoma (OPC) patients received ipilimumab (anti-CTLA-4) and nivolumab (anti-PD-1) as induction immunotherapy and concurrently with radiotherapy (NCT03799445).
